⚠ IMPORTANT: By purchasing any of my art (YCH, commissions, adoptables, etc), you automatically agree to the following conditions. I can deny your request If I realize you didn't read this or if you didn’t follow these conditions. For more information, feel free to contact me.

General information

— I take commissions via Deviantart, Instagram or Furaffinity
You have 48 hours to confirm and pay for the slot you have requested. If you exceed that time, I have the right to cancel the slot and give it to another person— I will only take the commission if I have a neat visual reference of the character, I do not work with descriptions— The payment is required before I start sketching the commission.
I have the right to refuse the commission for any reason— I will send wips to make sure that everything is approved by the client
I will edit a commission if needed with minor changes only. If you are asking too many changes during any process of the drawing I may charge an extra fee— All my artwork is copyrighted, If you want a version without my watermark it will not be allowed for public use

Payment and refunds

— Payment via PayPal (invoice) in USD— Payment is due in full up front for most commissions; i will only consider payment plans for commissions above 150$. After the invoice is sent, you have 48 hours to pay for your slot. If you exceed that time, I have the right to cancel it and give it to someone else— I only accept total refund when I did not start to work on the commission yet. I will consider partial refunds if I am still working on the sketch part but I have the right to decline any refund exceed that part of work— If I feel like I can not complete the commission for my own personal reasons, I will provide a full refund to the client— I do not give any refund for emergency commissions, adoptables and YCHs

Artist

— I will use my own art style. I will not change or copy another style either by request of the client or to accommodate any particular character or design— I have the right to take breaks and do personal arts while I have pending commissions. Sometimes I have art blocks and I need to change my mind— I have the right to use the work wherever I want to promote myself
and using it for commercial use

Client

— The client is not allowed to claim the commission as his own work— The client may re-post the commission on social networks like Twitter or Instagram (credit appreciated) and may also use as please the commission for personal use— The client may not use the commission for commercial use— The client may not recolor the work made by me and repost it on social medias unless you do it for personal use

YCH's and Adoptables

— You are not allowed to claim the design of the adoptable as your own
You are allowed to make minor changes on the adoptable such as change the gender, add scars or accessories, once you bought it— I do not give any refund for adoptables and YCHs— You cannot claim the characters's design as your own work

About time

— I do not work with deadlines— Most of time I take at least one month to finish a detailed drawing but it can also take me less or more. It will depend on the type of commission and on how loaded my private life is— Please be patient. I will not tolerate to get daily messages asking me for updates. You can go to my Trello
